Emily Greeno

Coach Emily grew up in Calgary, playing basketball for her local community and club teams. From 2013-2016 she suited up for the University of Calgary Dinos. She completed her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology from in 2018, majoring in Leadership in Coaching and Pedagogy.

The summer of 2018 Coach Emily got married, moved to Lethbridge and decided to give basketball another shot. Coach Emily played for the Lethbridge College Kodiaks for the 2019-2020 season.

Even though she hung up her jersey, she was not done with basketball. For the 2021-2022 season, Coach Em joined the Kodiaks coaching staff alongside Ken McMurray, where the Kodiaks finished an impressive second in a competitive south division.

While not coaching, you can find Coach Emily spending time with her husband, Coach Greeno, and their two boys.
